The Dubai Digital Twin project is a comprehensive virtual model of Downtown Dubai, designed to support city planning, scenario testing, and real-time data visualization. By integrating advanced GIS data, procedural modeling, and immersive 3D environments, this digital twin empowers stakeholders to explore, analyze, and optimize urban development in one of the world's most dynamic cities.

The model covers major landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, and provides a platform for simulating development scenarios, monitoring real estate, and visualizing live data streams.
