Project Overview
Naruva AI is a company I founded and run solo — I own the engineering, infrastructure, product strategy, growth, and customer success. The product lets businesses upload PDFs, Word documents, or spreadsheets — or simply paste a URL — and get a custom AI assistant grounded in that content through retrieval-augmented generation. The bot answers customer questions 24/7 with information pulled from the business's own documents, which keeps responses accurate and prevents hallucinations.
The platform covers the entire lifecycle: a dashboard for training and testing bots, a live appearance editor for colors, fonts, and branding, one-snippet embedding that works on WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or plain HTML, and analytics that surface what customers actually ask — from top questions to activity heatmaps. Behind it sit authentication, subscription payments, cloud infrastructure, and the SEO, analytics, and go-to-market automation that drive customer acquisition.
